Do your part...Go Green!
In the past the industrial revolution dramatically changed the way things were. It has interfered with the entire planetary ecosystem. Presently we are facing it's destructive effects - the ozone layer has diminished, the contaminated waters, extinct species, etc.
Now, more than ever it is time for the technological revolution. We have the power, means and resources to turn green the industrial system.
The general belief identifies green energy with scarcity and lack of confort, yet that is not true, because renewable energy gives us the mean to attain even graiter progres, as it is an infinite source of energy. It assures us more confort, something that would appear like a scene of sci-fi movies.
The officilal campaignes that promote green power are based on a wrong approach: we are encouraged to turn of the lights, turn of the water, and so on. That is just not the way. We can and must live abbundantly. All we have to do is change the system and create a new one, based entirely on green power. The resouces are infinite and cover our needs completly, even sourpass them.
Kinds of renewable energy
- Solar Energy - the sun is a never-ending source of free energy.
- Wind energy - a clean, safe and economical source of energy.
- Hydropower - capturing energy from flowing water.
- Biomass - the organic matter in the plants can be used to produce energy.
- Geothermal - energy is produced using Earth's internal heat.
- Ocean energy - harnessed from the tides and waves.
